Coaching Services

Nature of Services

ANKYRA's coaching services provide support, guidance, and educational resources for parents. Our services are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, medical advice, diagnosis, or therapy. If you or your child needs mental health treatment, please consult a licensed mental health professional.

Client Responsibilities

Attend scheduled sessions on time

Complete any assigned pre-work or follow-up activities

Communicate openly and honestly

Inform us of any concerns or issues promptly

Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of all coaching conversations, except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Youth Mental Health First Aid Training

Certification

Upon successful completion of YMHFA training, you will receive a 3-year certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. This certification does not qualify you to diagnose or treat mental health conditions—it prepares you to provide initial support and connect individuals with appropriate professional help.

Training Requirements

Full payment before the start of training

Completion of any assigned pre-work

Attendance at all training sessions

Active participation in exercises and discussions

Payment Terms

Fees

All fees for services are listed on our website and are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.

Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, debit card.

Coaching Agreement

All coaching services are subject to a separate Coaching Agreement that will be provided and signed before services begin. This agreement outlines the specific terms of our coaching relationship, including session frequency, duration, expectations, and payment terms.

Generally, cancellations made 48+ hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session or no-shows are not eligible for refunds

No-shows: No refund

YMHFA Training:

Deposits are non-refundable

If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, you'll receive a full refund or credit toward a future training

Cancellations made 7+ days before training: Refund minus deposit

Cancellations made less than 7 days before training: No refund

All other services:

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of payment.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternative arrangements.
